Compiled below is a list of frequently asked questions (FAQ) to assist you during the pens ordering process:

I want to place an order, but I have some questions. What can I do? (top)

How do I place an order? (top)

Brief Overview of Ordering Process:

1. Place Order / Request Quote/Submit Artwork

Get quotation by clicking the "Quick Quote" icon or contact a sales representative by email at "cnhzwjj@163.com" or live chat. You may also contact us via fax. Then complete the order form by clicking the "Order Now " icon on the product details page.

2. Waiting for final quotation, then submit your payment

We will e-mail or fax you final quotation as well as an overview of your order, if there's no question, please submit your payment. We accept Paypal payments, using your own credit card or your paypal account. We also accept T/T in advance.

3. Ship Order

Your order will be shipped once production has been completed.


Can I order different quantities from those shown online? (top)

Assuming the desired order amount meets the minimum order quantity requirement, you do NOT have to order in the increments or quantities specified on the product details page, except where noted. However, we do RECOMMEND ordering some products in case quantities.


Is shipping charges included in the price and are extra charges involved? (top)

Most products we feature include shipping charges to mentioned countries in the price. Normally, you can find what is included in the product's description page and look at specifications just below the price table.


Is my imprint included in the price? (top)

Our price do not include imprint cost, for details, please look at specifications on the product details page.


Are there any other charges I should know about? (top)

Depending on the nature of your printing order, other charges may apply. Examples of such charges include:

  • Rush Service
  • Specialty Packaging
  • Additional Print Locations
  • Additional Colors
  • Artwork Changes / Modifications
  • Product Upgrades
  • Less Than Minimum
  • Changes Made After Authorization & Approval of Order
  • Split Shipments

What is your lead time for an order? (top)

Production time for each product is located on the product description page. Please note production time is based in one-color, one-location jobs, begins after we receive your payment, if any, and does not includes transit time. This time is estimated and may be increased by several days in peak seasons.


Do you ship internationally? (top)

Yes, we accept orders from any country world wide, and does ship internationally.


What are your general payment terms for an order? (top)

We accept Paypal payments, using your own credit card(Master, Visa, Amex, Discover) or your paypal account. We also accept T/T in advance.


How do I check my order status online? (top)

You can track your order online by login your account. Your account allows you to check the status of your order in real time, track packages, or view your order history.

If you are not a pensgo member, you also can check your order using the order tracking tool lacated at the bottom of our homepage. But before checking your order online, you will need to have your order number handy. This number is located in the email we send you. If you have deleted your email or are experiencing difficulties checking your order online, please contact your sales representative as they would be more than happy to assist you.


Which shipping methods do you use? (top)

FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT are our standard shipping methods. You can ship your pens by sea, air, or post also, but in that case you maybe have to clear custom yourself, and we can not send your pens to your office or home in your country.

Please provide us with a valid shipping phone number on the shipping address in the event you need to be reached to arrange delivery.

We will email you a tracking number so that you can monitor delivery progress and make arrangements to be available to accept your package. Please provide us with a valid email address for your order.


I have a special event date that has to met, can you help me? (top)

Absolutely! We carry large inventory of products can be handled in rush service. We strongly recommend to contact us immediately with the product of your choice, quantity and item color. We will confirm you immediately if the product can be delivered to meet your event date. Rest assured, that our company policy states that we will not, under any circumstances, take an order we cannot fill in time for your event.
